Neuromodulators: Botox, Xeomin, & Daxxify
Neuromodulators, such as Botox, Xeomin, and Daxxify, target facial muscles to soften frown lines and wrinkles caused by repetitive expressions. Xeomin
Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medication injected into muscles to temporarily improve moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. Its safety and efficacy in individuals under 18 years old have not been established.
DAXXIFY®
DAXXIFY® is FDA-approved for smoothing moderate to severe lines between the brows. Powered by a peptide, it offers results lasting on average 6 months, with some patients experiencing results up to 9 months. The active ingredient, botulinum toxin type A, ensures effective treatment.
Clinical Efficacy of DAXXIFY®
In clinical studies, at least 50% of patients showed no or minor frown lines 6 months post-treatment. Between 3% and 5% maintained results at 9 months, with 5% to 17% still experiencing noticeable improvement.

Biostimulators: Long-Term Collagen Production
Biostimulators are a category of dermal fillers that promote the body's natural production of collagen. Collagen is a protein essential for maintaining skin structure and elasticity. As we age, collagen production diminishes, leading to wrinkles and volume loss. Biostimulators work by stimulating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for collagen synthesis. - Sculptra®: This injectable is composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA). - Radiesse®: This unique biostimulator combines calcium hydroxyapatite microspheres with a gel base. Additional benefits in skin quality continue to develop over the following 4 weeks. The effects of Radiesse® can last for 18-24 months, offering extended benefits compared to many traditional fillers.
